All visual designs, high-end photography, logos, editorial text and original materials on this site are the sole property of Beautiful Day. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The WhatsApp integration redirects you from beautifulday.agency to WhatsApp's own platform. Once you leave the site, you are subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy practices. Beautiful Day is not responsible for third-party services or their data handling.

Beautiful Day operates within Cameroon, where event planning is subject to local regulations, environmental conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the website must first be addressed through direct, good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cameroon.
